Philip Scriven, Organist and Master of the Choristers at Lichfield Cathedral, is Patron of the Trust. The trustees value his help and advice with their project.
Work on the Hill Street Baptist Church instrument is now complete. All work has been carried out by M C Thompson Organ Builders Limited of Burton on Trent.
The organ was officially opened at an extravaganza featuring Carlo Curley supported by the Swadlincote Messiah Choral Society on Saturday 15th March 2008.
